Your any action that is against our Terms and Conditions may lead to the termination of your account. 1. Only ONE ACCOUNT per user is allowed. Do not try to make more than one account. If Detected, all your accounts will be banned for sure.
2. All new users (and some of old users too) while registering here, are given a restricted account with limited access. Limitation is so set that You cannot read or download using that account. In order to get reading and downloading access, you have to upgrade your account. You can do it after registration.
3. In order to upgrade account, you can choose two modes - Paid or Non-paid methods. Non-paid methods gives reading access and downloading access after complete reading while Paid methods gives you Full Reading and anytime Downloading access.
4. In Free and Non-paid method, you have to provide your Facebook Profile Link (In order to identify you) at your Userpanel. You can use Google Search to know the easiest way to get your Facebook profile Link. After submission, wait until we verify it and upgrade your account. This may take about three working days.
5. In Paid Method, You have to make at least one payment to us and have to submit the payment information at Userpanel >Add Balance. After we confirm your payment, credits/Points will be added to your account according to the payment page and subsequently, your account will be upgraded. Paid upgradation will give both reading and anytime downloading ability.
6. If your account has credits/points that is not sufficient to download any ebook, you might need to buy credits/points. We are not giving any discount on this matter.
7. Mugdhobangla always have the facility to earn credits/points without payment. To get it, you have to share your own comics here. Whenever any user downloads that comics using credits, a percentage is automatically added to your account balance. You can only use it to download ebooks of other users from here.
8. From Now on, any Mugdhobangla Content other than Free Sample Ebook, if found shared elsewhere, strict action will be taken. If a content, that may be read by you online and/or downloaded by you from here, is shared through any media other than mugdhobangla, we have the right to ban you or all of you who have access it regardless of whether you are normal user or paid user.
9. Do not show your bad intension to any of Mugdhobangla users while making comments or posts or messages. If, at any time, we detect your bad intensions to other user, your account will be banned. So comment cautiously, use lucid language. Its better to stay off from any kind of arguments.
10. The main purpose of mugdhobangla is to increase the archive of foreign comics in Bengali. Doing this is very hard work and all contents that is on mugdhobangla is an outcome of that hard work. We are not their proper copyright holder, also we do not claim for it. But until they object us for this Fan translation, these are our solemnly property and you have no right to share or print it even with your friend or relatives. If you have read it or downloaded it with or without paying us, that does not gives you the sharing right.
11. You are free to share your Free sample Ebook without any modification.
12. Any payments made in favour of Mugdhobangla is non-refundable. If any payments does not reach to our end, we have the right to reject the payment order made at Userpanel. If you have made a payment in such amount that is not available at our payment order page, feel free to make multiple payment order in which total amount is exactly what you paid. We will gladly approve all payment orders.
13. Mugdhobangla has right to change any terms stated here with or without your information. As long as you are a member of Mugdhobangla, you have to obey these terms and conditions.
1.1 You have to take an username in order to take membership here. It may be any name like your nick name. This username will be used throughout the site and other members can see it. Do not use special characters while choosing name.
1.2 You have to provide your real name in full name field. No other users except admin can see this name. It is necessary to provide real name as it may be used while you request us for account upgradation providing Facebook Profile Link or while you make a payorder. Providing a Fake Full Name leads to ban your account forever.
